Kildale Luings, Whitby, Yorkshire

Eight Sim-Luing heifers with eight Charolais cross calves at foot. The heifers calved at 2 years old between the 24th Feb and 28th March are very well grown and calved down without any assistance; they are out of draft cows from the island of Luing and by the 7,000gns pedigree Simmental bull Dirnanean Senator (an Omorga Lennox son). The charolais bull is a son of Doonally New with a terminal index of +30.

Also available are 18 Sim-Luing bulling heifers; 14 months old also by Dirnanean Senator. These heifers have been out wintered and are very well grown; plenty strong enough to bull this spring. All cattle have being vaccinated for Bluetongue, BVD, Lepto and Covexcin 10.Kildale are members of the SAC Premium Cattle Health scheme.
